How to Optimize Your Device for Competitive Tower Rush

Competitive arena battlers are incredibly fast-paced, and dropping a single frame during a massive swarm engagement can cost you the entire match.

To truly compete at the highest levels of the ladder, you must treat your smartphone or tablet like a piece of high-performance sports equipment.

Keeping Your Device Cool

This sudden drop in processing power translates directly into visual stuttering right as a massive twenty-elixir push crosses the bridge.

If your phone feels uncomfortably hot to the touch, close the app immediately and let the device rest for ten minutes.

• Many operating systems automatically throttle the CPU when entering ‘low power mode’.
• Consider purchasing a dedicated mobile gaming cooler.
• Close all other open apps (like social media or browsers) to ensure the game has maximum memory access.

Beating the Lag Monster

If you drop a spell while lagging, the spell will not register until the lag clears, usually resulting in a complete miss.

If you are playing a tournament match, switch your phone to ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode to prevent incoming phone calls from disconnecting your data momentarily.

No Excuses

If you lose a match on a perfect setup, you know with absolute certainty that it was your own strategic error, not a hardware failure.

Treat your setup with respect, maintain your hardware, and ensure your connection is solid.
